- For same day bookings, please book at least 3 hour(s) before your selected pick up time
- Select flight arrival date at checkout. If your flight arrives at 00:00 on 2 May, select 2 May
- Your selected pick up date & time should be at least 3 hour(s) before flight departs due to traffic. The operator will not be responsible if you miss your flight
- Free Waiting Time: The driver will wait for up to 75 minutes after your flight's arrival
- The driver will be waiting at the exit gate closest to the designated luggage belt of your flight, holding a sign with your name on it. If you do not see your driver, please proceed to other exit gate or
- If you will be delayed, please call the local operator or Klook hotline to inform them of the delay
- If you are uncontactable after the waiting time, it will be considered a 'no show'. The driver will leave and no refund will be issued
- If the driver manages to contact you but it is past the waiting time, you will be charged SGD15 every 15 minutes
- Be at your hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time
- For departure transfers, the driver will wait for you up to 15 minutes from scheduled pick up time. If you will be delayed, please call the local operator or Klook hotline to inform them of the delay
- If you are uncontactable after the waiting time, it will be considered a 'no show'. The driver will leave and no refund will be issued
- If the driver manages to contact you but it is past the waiting time, you will be charged overtime fees (SGD15 for every 15 minutes), payable directly to the driver
